How do I order office catering? + read full answer

It is simple to order catering from Blah Blah Catering. Simply look at our website, browse our menus, decide what you would like and then add to your wishlist. When you have completed your selections, proceed to the checkout where you can provide us with all the information for your event. Alternativly you can call, email or complete our enquiry form and we can take you through all the options and menu ideas that might suit you. We are happy to create a bespoke menu to match your style and budget, just let us know what you are looking for and i'm sure we'll be able to help you out.

How do I book catering if my venue or office has no kitchen facilities? + read full answer
There are lots of ways around producing excellent quality food at a location with limited or no kitchen facilities. If you need hot food then we can either hot box the food from our central Northamptonshire production kitchen or set up a temporary kitchen using equipment that we can bring to your chosen site. We would have a conversation prior to preparing a quotation about the menu you are looking for. If we were finishing off any food preperation we would always come and visit the site first to ensure we understand how to work safely within the space.
How do I book waiters for my event? + read full answer
Some of our menus may require waiters to ensure a smooth service. We work with several staffing agencies so we can easily add waiters to your event for any of the menus within our range. It can be a good option to include a few members of staff if you are looking for a more formal or polished event or you want to save yourself the hassle of having to rush around during the event. Please note that this may add an additional charge but this is something that can be diuscussed when you make an enquiry.
What do I need to know about delivery? + read full answer

We deliver every day of the week including weekends. Please note that for weekends and early mornings or late nights, there could be an additional delivery charge.

We will then arrange a collection of our platers either later on in the day or the following day if we have just provided you with a drop off service. We can arrange this with you upon delivery.

Our delivery van delivers in Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes, Buckingham and Bedfordshire.

Deliveries are priced according to your location so just let us know where to go and we can confirm what the cost (if any) would be. Prices vary between free and £25 + VAT which includes delivery and collection of our equipment.

If you are planning to use us on a regular basis or you are looking for a longer term contract, please call us to discuss this as prices do vary for each indivdual customer.

On occasion we can provide national delivery and collection. This would need to be discussed with one of our team members so please call us to talk through the possibilities.

How is your food presented? + read full answer
We believe that presentation is key for all our deliveries, whether it’s a simple sandwich lunch or an elegant three course dinner. Our buffet catering will always come served on a range of platters with garnish decorations. It is covered with lids to ensure the presentation is just as good when it arrives with you as when it leaves our kitchen. For our more advanced menus we have a whole range of interesting wooden, slate and stylish serving dishes which are always garnished beautifully.
How are payments handled? + read full answer

VAT is applicable for all quoted prices at the statutory rate. All prices are quoted excluding VAT.

Our customer service team will contact you regarding payment. Credit terms can be arranged. This will take approximately 10 days and require you to complete our credit application and return it to us for approval.

Our terms of business require payment within fourteen days of the date of the invoice (Unless otherwise agreed)

If you do not hold credit terms with us, you will be asked for payment before your delivery is made.

We accept all major credit cards. Please note that a four per cent surcharge to cover administration expenses and charges made by the credit card company will be added to all credit card payments.

We will also accept cleared funds via BACS.
